Zoomit won't work via touchscreen

I use Windows 10 for education.

To my dismay, Zoomit no longer works via touchscreen. Only mouse activates where I can annotate.

It was so helpful when I was able to use the touchscreen on my PC.

Please help.

    Before we go further, may I know if the Windows 10 device is Surface? If yes, I would suggest you contact Microsoft Surface Community for further troubleshooting. Please understand, due to the environmental limitation, we have no such touch screen device to test in our lab.

    May I know what's the version of your Zoomlt? Based on my research and the feedback from other users, if the version is 4.52, there is no touchscreen support.
