Hi all,
I have tried dism and sfc /scannow in advance startup option, but failed.
The error found once in safe mode. Normal boot just stuck in black screen and mouse cursor spinning after Windows page.
Any suggestion or advise is appreciated.

It has already done with those steps.
In fact, the system not able to get in Windows.
Therefore, those steps executed in dos command in advanced startup:
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=d:\ /offwindir=d:\windows
Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
Appreciated if any suggested steps.
Any expert can assist for this?
Perhaps to stop or reset the detection?
Replace the LogonUI don't seems work as well

I noticed that you are not able to boot normally. You may try startup repair to see if it helps.

In startup repair, that option is not available.
How about Option 2: Perform Startup Repair Using Windows Installation Media?
If you cannot access the recovery environment using the common way, you can choose to employ an installation media, such as USB bootable media.
Step 1: Burn a USB installation media using Windows 10 Media Creation Tool in a normal computer.
Step 2: Connect the bootable USB drive to the problematic device and boot from it by changing the BIOS settings.
No..there is not option for repair with media or in startup option.
In fact, the option is not available in startup option.
