Is there any options or workaround in which i can send a scheduled (weekly)recurring email to multiple account on outlook 365?..thank you very much..

This is something which can be achieved quite easily via a PowerShell script and a Scheduled Task.

Thank you so much for your code. It really works.

The only issue I'm facing, is that my emails contains images in the body of the message, these images get deleted when the email is sent. Is there any way to solve this?

Hi Robert,

Could you please show me a version of the code where I can see where the path is entered into the code in the correct format? I haven't used this before and have gotten to stage 5 in your tutorial but am not sure where to enter this in the code.

After loading the ps1-script in PowerShell, you can use the Send-OutlookMailFromTemplate command in the following way;

Send-OutlookMailFromTemplate -Path 'D:\Templates\My Template.oft' -Attachment 'D:\Files\My File.pdf'

Hello,

I have a problem. I think the problem is the path. my path is "C: \ Scripts \ Documents \ WindowsPowerShell \ loner.oft"

I wonder where in the script this path should be placed?

The path isn't specified in the script but in the command line of the cmdlet. See the example in the post you replied to.

Also note that you have additional spaces in your path which probably shouldn't be there ;-)

Hi Robert,

Once the task is activated the powershell windows appear, then this message pop-up. so I need to click Allow everytime to trigger the sending of email. Is there a way to bypass this and proceed to sending email without this notification?.. thank you

@A_ngelo ; That usually indicates that you don't have a virus scanner installed which reports back its status to Windows.

If that is not the case for you, there are still various other reasons why this could happen. For methods to prevent this see; A program is trying to send an email message on your behalf

i so agree that using code for me as a non-coder is too fricking difficult. why cannot we not do this like an appt? It seems this has taken years to keep bringing to the attention of Microsoft. and youtubers please get simple in your instructions.
