I am getting "We're unable to validate your phone number" error when I am trying to validate my phone number while signing up for Azure account

I am unable to sign up for neither "Try Azure for free" nor "Pay as you go" (I am first time user). I am getting "We're unable to validate your phone number" error when I am trying to validate my phone number. I have checked microsoft's forum where several other people faced the same error and it seems to be unresolved. There were few steps given by Microsoft support but even I tried those and it didn't resolve the issue. Please help me get an azure account so that I can do my POCs/POTs. It's really urgent. Please help. Kindly don't provide the instruction like clearing cache, trying different number etc. because I have already tried all those and also all the other steps mentioned by Microsoft support in the forum.     1.Try Using a Mobile Device: Some customers have resolved their issues by trying the same process from a smartphone browser. If you haven't already, consider using your mobile device to see if that helps.

    2.Check Phone Number Requirements: Ensure that the phone number you are using for verification meets the necessary requirements. Note that Voice-over-IP (VoIP) numbers cannot be used for this process. Make sure your phone can receive calls or SMS messages from a United States-based number, and double-check the phone number you entered, including the correct country code.

    3.Troubleshooting Resources: For detailed troubleshooting steps, please refer to this guide: Troubleshoot Azure Sign-Up.

    4.Contact Customer Support: If you continue to experience issues, we recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly. You can find the customer service phone numbers specific to your country here: Global Customer Service Phone Numbers. When you speak with a representative, inform them that you are unable to validate your phone number, and they will create a support ticket and escalate your case to the Azure Subscription/Account Review team.
