Hi @Muhammad Tahir
Welcome to our forum!
Does the issue occur recently on New Outlook Desktop Client? Do you have any specific operation before the issue occurred?
What is your account? Outlook.com or something else? And what is your account type? (Exchange/IMAP/POP?)
In addition, here are a few steps you may want to take:
- Use Command: Open by going to Press Win+R>enter
olk.exe --clearLocalState
>Run command, this may clear the New Outlook login information i.e. initialization, reopen New Outlook and add your account to see if the issue persists. - Switch to Classic Outlook: Help>Go to Classic Outlook and then switch back to New Outlook by the Convert button in the top right corner, this will refresh the interface.
- Uninstall and Reinstall Outlook: Ensure you have downloaded the New Outlook App properly, if not, please try to uninstall and reinstall the App.
If all above do not help, would you please provide a screenshot of the issue? (In order to avoid privacy leakage, please remember to hide your personal information.)
Hope it helps!
