Normally your appointment should appear on your Certifications tab:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab
You will need to enter address, phone number, contact email, etc. and click Submit before being redirected to your Pearson VUE dashboard.
If you do not see the option on your certification tab you may contact Pearson VUE customer support:
https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact
