Azure free trial account $200 is not credited

Question

I created azure free trial account with my new outlook email and , account is created. but In the subscription I can Azure Subscriptions 1 and no free credits is credited yet . in The subscriptions plan model shows Azure Plan, Can someone advise what could be the issue?

I will recommend you reach out to billing support as they will be able to help take a look. To do this, create a ticket here:

https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

Note that billing tickets are free
