Microsoft Authenticator App Not Working for Work Email Access
I have a work email that requires an authenticator app for access.
I downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator app on Friday, and it worked fine while I was in the office (using mobile data). However, when I tried to use it on Saturday, it no longer worked. I uninstalled the app, deleted my work account, and then reinstalled the app, ensuring all notifications were allowed and battery optimization was stopped.
After adding my work email to the authenticator app, it shows a code for verification, but there is nowhere to enter that code. Additionally, the authenticator app cannot read its own codes.
I am trying to log in from my desktop (Microsoft Edge), but the authenticator app on my mobile no longer shows a popup for the code. Everything is up-to-date, and I am unsure how to fix the issue. I am at an impasse and would appreciate assistance, as I need to access my work email.
