Money detucted from my account showing the message "A purchase of Rs. 535.72 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX066 on 11-Feb-25. Info: VSI*MICROSOFT I."

Question

I got a message from ICIC bank "A purchase of Rs. 535.72 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX066 on 11-Feb-25. Info: VSI*MICROSOFT I."I used microsoft free account for 4 days and I deleted all resources immediately after used, I did not see any billing then. But after 3 months, I got above mesaage from ICIC.When I went to azure portal, there I got statement saying that I am not allowed use free account, so I cannot see which resources causing billing and I want to know reason for billing and want to stop future billing.Please help me
