Hi,
I am trying to view some of my old files under both ** @*.co.uk and **@*.co.uk but each time I click on the archive folder I get an error message stating 'you do not have permission to perform this action' I have reviewed the permission levels but see no visible issues and despite trying various routes I still failed to enter into the file
Please can someone help me out with this at your earliest?
Please email me or whatsapp me on + *

Thank you

    Hi @Senay ,
Did this issue occur on your Outlook desktop client? If so, what's the version of your Outlook(File>Office account>About Outlook), please first ensure that you have updated to the latest version of Outlook.

but each time I click on the archive folder

Has this issue occurred only recently? If so, have you performed any special operations before it?
How did you archive your older messages(online archive or manually/automatically archive)? And what did your archive folder look like ?(folder 1 is as a default floder like Inbox and Sent items, folder 2 is under your whole mailbox)

If your archive folder is like folder 2, it means you archived older items in local files, and the issue may be related to you have no permission to access/read this data file, it's suggested to first locate your archive file and check the properties of it, then you could try to run your Outlook as administrator to test.

Also, corrupted pst file also may cause this issue, it's suggested to repair your archive pst file via scanpst.exe to check.

If the issue still exists or that's actually not your case, please provide me with more information about your issues(test result, account type and client version), so that I can perform more tests and provide you with more targeted help.
