i have two mail boxes one for me and one for my MD - MY MD one isnt syncing or cannot send emails or not receiving

i have two mail boxes, my own and a managing director , i can see it , but it is not syncing or i cant send from it anymore , im sending and no one is receiving

    Based on your description, what email account are you using? Is it Exchange online? Are you a mailbox administrator?

    Can you describe it in detail with a screenshot?
