nable to Access Outlook and Moodle Due to Microsoft Authenticator Issue

I am currently traveling in the United States and have been trying to access Outlook to check my emails. Unfortunately, I was logged out, and when I attempted to sign back in, Outlook requested a verification code from Google Authenticator. However, I am not receiving any codes from the app. (My hometown is the United Kingdom)

I attempted to troubleshoot the issue by resetting the app, but Google Authenticator is also requesting a verification code from itself, making it impossible for me to proceed. Despite reinstalling the app multiple times, I am still unable to receive any codes or notifications.

In addition to Outlook, I am also unable to access University Moodle, which is extremely urgent as I have an exam next week. Without access, I cannot review important materials or prepare properly.

To summarize, Outlook and Moodle are both requesting a verification code from Google Authenticator, but Google Authenticator is also requesting a code from itself, preventing me from accessing these essential services. For reference, I have been using the same registered phone since setting up my UCL account and have not changed devices.

This is a very urgent issue that I need to resolve as soon as possible. Please let me know how I can regain access to my UCL accounts.

Best regards, Chul Hwan Yoon

FYI. I'm in the United States until this Sunday, and I am having a registered phone and changed UCL password as well.
