Azure admin MFA Lockout

My azure global admin account is locked out due to MFA activation required.I have tried calling support numbers from various sources but am never able to speak to anyone and end up being hung up on by your automated responses or redirected to MS support online.

I am not able to create a support ticket through another account because your automated support features never allow the ticket creation, create ticket button is either greyed out or auto-suggested support redirect to Microsoft support resource.

How do I actually get some support ? I really dont want to change credit cards and create a new subscription.

    The issue relates to a tenant lockout situation where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary admin rights to re-register MFA.
