My azure 204 certification got expired at Feb 5 2025 , since i had medical issue i cant make it on time , Can you help me to activate the free renew test for this time .

hi , i have tried to raise request from the given URL but it's not submitting , Please refer the attachment .
The shared URL is not working , i cant able to submit the request
Have you tried using Guest browser profile (in Chrome click on person icon in upper right -- Open Guest profile), navigating to Microsoft Credentials forum , click "Sign in" in upper right corner, then click Ask a new question and see if it allows you to submit question?
Still the issue is there, i cant able to submit
