How to get Microsoft badge for earned Azure AI certification

Question

Team, I am missing my Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals badge which I have earned on 4th Jan 2024. I have attached the MS credential and request you add this badge into my profile.

As Credly said that it is not partner with Microsoft so not sure how to get earned badge.

Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications a couple of years ago

All certifications are now handled digitally on your Microsoft Learn profile. Microsoft Learn does not provide badges.

You no can longer download certificates, you need to view, print, and save as PDF https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate

If your Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals badge is missing from your profile, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check Your Microsoft Certification Dashboard
2. Go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard: 🔗 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/
3. Sign in with the Microsoft account used to earn the certification.
4. Under Transcript & Certificates, verify that your certification is listed.
5. Verify Email Address in Your Microsoft Profile

• Ensure the email associated with your Microsoft Learn profile is the same one used during the certification exam.
• If not, update your profile and merge accounts if needed.

3. Download Your Certificate & Badge from Microsoft

Since Credly is no longer used by Microsoft, you must download the badge from the Microsoft Learn portal:

1. In your Certification Dashboard, locate your Azure AI Fundamentals certification.
2. Click View Certificate & Badge.
3. Download the badge image to use in LinkedIn or other profiles.
4. Contact Microsoft Support (If Badge Is Missing)

• Click Get Support → Select Certification Profile
• Provide details like:
  • Your Microsoft Learn email
