Azure SQL Managed Instance Stuck After Force Deleting Virtual Cluster – Cannot Remove MI

I attempted to delete an Azure SQL Managed Instance (MI), but the process became stuck while deleting the associated Virtual Cluster. I then manually force deleted the Virtual Cluster using Azure CLI. However, the SQL MI still exists in the Azure Portal and remains stuck at "Deleting Virtual Cluster", preventing me from fully removing it.

As per my understanding your process got stuck while deleting the Azure SQL managed instance and the associated cluster.
