Hi, i have just bought an Office Home subscribtion (along with a new laptop) the other day and for the past 24 hours i've gotten multiple notifications from OneDrive about how i'm out of storage. I have an account which i had a basic plan connected to it and this account was the account i used to signup for the Office Home subscribtion. Any help would be appreciated, thanks <3

    Hi,

I suggest you try these methods and check if they will help you:

Ensure your Office Home subscription is active. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft account Services and subscriptions page.

Sometimes, signing out of your OneDrive account and then signing back in can help refresh the storage status.

Go to OneDrive on the web and check if the storage reflects your new subscription. Sometimes the desktop app might not sync properly.

If the above steps don't work, you might try resetting OneDrive. This won't delete any of your files. To reset OneDrive:

    1. Right-click the OneDrive icon in the taskbar.
    2. Select "Settings" > "Account" > "Unlink this PC".
    3. Follow the prompts to unlink and then re-link your account.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
