question regarding my microsoft account

I inherited my computer from someone else and it already had microsoft on it with their account name and passwords , how do I change this to mine account

Hello,

To change Microsoft account's email address on your system, follow these steps:

1. Open Start > Settings > Accounts > Your info
2. Click the link Sign in with a Local Account instead
3. Enter your information

Sign in then do this:

1. Open Start > Settings > Accounts > Your info
2. Click the link Sign in with a Microsoft Account instead
3. Enter your information

Your email address is changed now.
