Can't enable sync with Store for Business

I've used Store for Business apps vary rarely, but now needed to add something new and found out that apps doesn't flow to Intune. The connector has been established before. In MSFB I see the Management Tool - Microsoft Intune is there. I tried de-activate, activate, ok.

In Intune, the status is this and I can't do anything here:

@yannara Thanks for posting in our Q&A.
To clarify this issue, I have done some research. I find that there is some information about the login account in the following link.

Could you please check if the account you use to sign in intune is the same account that you sign in Microsoft Store for Bussiness?

Account is the same. Actually, today the sync was fixed by itself, then again red, and then in short time again green up.

@yannara Thanks for your reply.

For this situation, it seems to be due to the background synchronization. If this problem occurs in the future, we suggest to do the background logs analysis.

With Q&A limitation, Q&A is not the best channel for such log analysis case. So we suggest to open a case to check on this. The following link describe how to open a case, we can refer to it:
