I am really struggling to use teams on my macbook pro. I've downloaded the app but when I try to screen share, it will often ask me to download from my computer even when I have it open on my screen. What is the issue here?

    @Keely Conroy ,

    Could you provide us a related screenshot if possible?

    Does this issue persist all the time? Or what changes do you before this issue happened?

    Dos anyone else have the same issue?

    You could follow the steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    • Edit security permissions
    • Select NetAuthAgent from Activity Monitor
    • Update Microsoft Teams desktop app
    • Check for macOS Updates
