EnvironmentOperationInProgress: Cannot modify Container Apps environment

Hello

My container app environment is frozen with EnvironmentOperationInProgress: Cannot modify Container Apps environment since 3 hours.

What can get end with this operation ?

@Khadeer Ali Actually, it's not ACI, but ACA.
I did not get any other solution rather than to destroy the app environment : it took me a while because first deletion failed after 10 hours, the second attemp took 20min.

Now with fresh ACAE it works again, but I don't know what was the issue and if it might happen again.
