Why, just why? Please answer.

I would really like to know why Microsoft pushes so hard for companies to move to Intune, but then make you need to use a 3rd party company to publish apps. Are you guys really that dense? If I have to use a 3rd party company to publish my apps, I'd just use them to manage my devices. You guys just can't get your stuff together. Let's take Adobe Acrobat Reader. It's been over a year now where you can't publish the app from the "New" store because "There's not an updated package", and you can't publish from the "legacy" store because you geniuses decided to change your URL to the apps and the legacy app deployment says bad URL. You would think that you could easily just change Intune to accept the new URL, but it's Microsoft. That would make too much sense. Tell me why you guys ignore these issues?
