Good day from Singapore,
Today I was trying to reinstall Windows 10 version 20H2 on Asus Vivobook 15 X513E laptop. The SSD is Intel SSDPEKNW NVMe SSD.
Windows 10 installation tool cannot detect the SSD. It says:
We couldn't find any drives. To get a storage driver, click Load driver.
I tried to download the NVMe SSD driver from the following links but it doesn't work.

Ok I know this is old but I had to post this in case someone else has a problem.
Here is my specs:
MSI MEG Z590 GODLIKE Mobo
i9-11900k CPU
RAID0 Array 1 (2x 2TB Samsung 980 PRO)
RAID0 Array 2 (2x 1TB Samsung 870 EVO)
When attempting to install windows the drives were not showing up as an option. I went to the motherboards website and Intel to grab every single Intel RST VMD driver package. I put them all on a separate USB. (Download and extract them to the USB)
Every time I tried to “load drivers” during the windows install, it was saying none of the ones I downloaded were compatible. Which is CRAZY since they came from the MSI website for my exact MOBO?!?
I found the answer…. Turns out that I needed the “non-Intel VMD” driver. I found it here:
Step 1 in that link has two links, one of which is the “non-Intel”.
I downloaded that, extracted it on to the USB, and plugged it in. Ran the windows install, hit load driver, and POOF now it shows a compatible driver. I loaded the driver and now all my drives showed up.

iI put the setup on the pendrive but windows cant detect it. Also, BIOS says its already installed, so...

Did download and unpack this "F6flpy-x64 (Intel® VMD).zip" on second usb drive.
Then i'm just opened it while on windows installation page and have installed driver, after which ssd showed up.

I tried to do it https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30314/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Driver-Installation-Software-with-Intel-Optane-Memory but it didn't help.

Hi,
I found there is a similar issue with yours on dell website, the issue was resolved after switched to AHCI. Please check if it works on your side.
Win10 Installation: "We couldn't find any drives. To get a storage driver, click Load driver."

thanks this total saved me, for any one having the same issue, make sure to read this section to extract the exe file to folder then copy to your install folder
6.3 Pre-Installation of INTEL(R) RST driver using the "Load Driver" Method.
a. Extract driver files from SetupRST.exe:
- Open terminal in the directory with SetupRST.exe by right-clicking the directory
and selecting "Open in Terminal" or "Open PowerShell here"
