Since your Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse is active but not syncing, here are key troubleshooting steps:
Check Change Tracking
Synapse Link relies on Dataverse Change Tracking to detect updates. If it's stuck, data won’t sync. Disable and re-enable Change Tracking in Power Apps > Tables > Settings and restart the link.
Review System Jobs in Power Apps
Go to Advanced Settings > System Jobs and check for stuck export jobs. If found, cancel and restart the sync.
Check Permissions
The user or identity running the synchronization should have the Contributor or Data Reader role on both the Azure Synapse and Dynamics 365 F&O resources to enable successful data sync. Additionally, verify that the Synapse Link service has the correct permissions to interact with the target storage.
Check Microsoft Service Status
Visit Azure Status and Power Platform Health for possible service outages.
If none of these steps work, consider opening an Azure Support Ticket for further investigation.
