Azure OpenAI Service pricing is based on input and output tokens.

Base Pricing for GPT-4 Turbo with Vision is:

• Input: $0.01 per 1000 tokens
• Output: $0.03 per 1000 tokens

Pricing (1M Tokens)- Input: $0.15 Cached Input: $0.075 Output: $0.60

Pricing with Batch API (1M Tokens)- Input: $0.075 Output: $0.30
