    Hi @ Flöijer, Marja

Currently, Microsoft Teams does not support viewing attachments in .msg files directly within the app. You can preview the contents of the .msg file, but attachments (such as .xlsx, .docx, .pdf, etc.) will not be visible and accessible.

To view attachments in a .msg file, you need to download the file to your local computer and open it with Microsoft Outlook:

    1. Download the .msg file: Download the .msg file from Teams to your local computer. User's image
    2. Open the .msg file with Outlook: Make sure you have Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer. Right-click the .msg file, select Open with, and select Microsoft Outlook. User's image
    3. View attachments: After opening the .msg file in Outlook, you can view the attachments as you normally would. Attachments will usually appear at the top or bottom of the message, and you can click on the attachment to view or download it.
