I'm learning as a private individual. I'm stuck at the first Sandbox exercise in the Core Architectural Components module. I invariably get the error below:

Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

AADSTS500200: User account 'Insert email' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.

I've been looking into all threads and questions for a couple of days now, and tried the following in all imagineable combinations:

Cleared cache/cookies (On all browsers I tried)
Used three different browsers normally and in private/incognito browsing mode
Registered a new Outlook account to attempt to access the Learn Sandbox from
Made an account on the Azure portal to access the Azure sandbox environment
Used a different device

I invariably get the same error with disregard to what browser, what account, or device.

Nothing is helping me move past this issue. Can you please assist?

    Hey Tala,

Azure Learn Sandbox only works with work or school accounts, not personal ones. Create a free work account via Microsoft 365 Dev Program, log out, clear cache, and sign in with that.

Azure just loves making things complicated, huh? Let me know if it works!

    Rgds,

    Alex
