I am the only admin for my registered corporation and i need to download and view an important agreement info from Microsoft eAgreement app.
The nightmare started when the app ask for Microsoft login, which i happily entered my work ID (user name) , password. It then asked for authentication code, i don't remember we set this up. or maybe i lost it as my phone was corrupted recently. I installed Microsoft Authenticator but it appears the user profile is not complete as there is nothing popping up every time it ask for code. So i cannot get pass Verification code stage and there is no way i can check my company setup since it prevent me from login to Microsoft Portal.
How can i solve this and Is there anyway i can ask Microsoft help to reset my admin account ? There is no way i can get this resolved via self service. The process keep looping itself.
What i had done so far :
1.Tried filing a case, -> found the link but it ask me to login
2.Calling local support no, -> This is not entertaining, the AI designed to take 1 or 2 questions only. it then ask me to look for URL to submit case and it end the call. The URL given requires login. Ask for human support it doesn't understand and hang up the call immediately.
3.Reading all your online help, -> suggest admin can login and reset account privileges.
4.Tried Login helper --> When login as company account, it stopped at verification code. I can reset my work account password no problem.
In conclusion, i am the only admin and my login get stucked on verification codes and it doesn't sync with Authenticator app and this process keep looping.
Can anyone help ?
