Hi there

I'm stuck in a frustrating cycle- my authenticator app is asking me to use the authenticator app for MFA? I can't use it while I'm on it?

Also when trying to login online- no code is being sent to my app?

I really need you help, it´s really frustanting this question.

Where do you want to log in when you receive the MFA request?

When it is a Microsoft Account, are you or somebody to be able to log in as an administrator to reset the MFA?

Hello, I Want to log in a Power BI Project in my PC.

When I try, it returns a mensage " Please validate with MFA".

In my mobille phone, I don´t receveid anything.

If I try to configurate the account in the mobile phone, it´s request a new MFA code, but again it´s impossible to receive.

Hi,

Where do you want to log in when you receive the MFA request?

In a PBI Project, when I try, I receveid a mensage to validate with MFA.

I have MFA in my mobile phone and I don´t receveid anything.

When I try to configurate the MFA in my mobile, it request again the MFA code.

But, it´s impossible to receveid, if can´t finish the configuration in mobile phone

No, I tried all, reset the password, installing again the MFA, etc, but it´s impossible without help.
