1、Open the Event Viewer:
Press Win + R, type eventvwr, and press enter.
In the Event Viewer, navigate to the Windows Logs > system.
Find the WHEA-Logger event,check the detailed information
2:、Run a memory check
Use Windows built-in tools:
Open a command prompt (as administrator), enter the following command and press enter:
mdsched.exe
Follow the prompts to restart your computer and perform a memory check.
3、 Check the health of your hard drive
Open the Command Prompt as an administrator.
Enter the following command to check the system disk (usually disk C):
chkdsk C: /f /r
Follow the prompts to schedule a check on the next reboot.
4、Check the fan and cooling system:
Make sure the fan is running properly and is not clogged with dust.
Clean the inside of your computer, especially the fan and heatsink.
5、Update and verify the drivers
To update the driver using Device Manager:
Press Win + X, select Device Manager.
Expand each category, right-click on each device, and select Update Driver.
Repeat this process to make sure that the drivers for all your devices are up to date.
6: Update the BIOS/UEFI firmware
Visit the manufacturer's website:
Visit the motherboard manufacturer's official website to find the latest BIOS/UEFI firmware updates.
7、Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.
Go to the Performance tab to see real-time CPU, memory, disk, and network usage.
