My Profile while checking some issues, Identity changed from MicrosoftAccount to ...gmail.onmicrosoft.com mail address and I have lost all the access to AD subscription, Tenant and Resources, is it possible to recover my subscription or to remove all the resources created inside to get rid of billing. Please provide the suggestion, if possible, to recover or remove my current subscription.

    I will recommend reaching out to billing support. This service is completely free:

    Go to https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket and select issue type: Billing.

    If you dont have access to the portal you can call Global Support:
