How to fix logging in issue

Question

I'm doing az305 self paced training and I'm having issues logging in. see image below

suddenly my email doesn't have permission, but it's what I used all along. The issues arise when i'm trying to login and use a sandbox to do something. If I log in with my work account, it works, but I lose my progress and there's a big warning saying I should use a personal account for training, but that's what I want/try to do and get these errors:
