teams outing webhook use graph microsoft api UnknownError

Question

I use a custom outing webhook in teams. When I create a new topic in the teams channel, I use this outing webhook. Then I request the https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/teams/, message function in my url, and directly return UnknownError, but after I create this topic, I can use the outing webhook to request message.
