    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    12029 means download error, make sure you can reach the catalog link from the ConfigMgr server and it's allowed on your proxy/firewall.

    On the other hand, we may check SMS_ISVUPDATES_SYNCAGENT.log for more details.
