I am starting using Microsoft paid services by my own. I got Microsoft 365 Business, Azure Active Directory Premium P1, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Automate. Now I am trying to set up Microsoft Teams to the members of the company, but it shows us that our email is not linked with the tenant. Please, could you give me instructions? I need to make it available within 4 hours from now to them follow with some of our projects.

Message: AADSTS50020: User account '******@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Ripple' and cannot access the application '5e3ce6c0-2b1f-4285-8d4b-75ee78787346'(Microsoft Teams Web Client) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    Hi @Eder Coelho

Do you want to invite gmail users as guests into your organization?

If you need to have meetings with people outside your organization who aren't part of another Microsoft 365 organization, you can use guest access to allow them to log in to your organization for meetings.

Guests are added to your organization's Microsoft Entra ID as B2B collaboration users. They must sign in to Teams using their guest account. If the normally use Teams with another Microsoft 365 organization, they need to switch organizations in Teams to interact with your organization.

For information on how to add guest users to your organization, see Guest experience in Teams.
