how to Login in Portal.azure.com "selected user account does not exist in the tenant". Use different account

Question

I am unable to login into portal.azure.com message appearing is "selected user account does not exist in the tenant 'Microsoft services' and cannot access the application in the tenant.
the account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account". 

After providing credentials its redirecting on a page where its asking to approve notification in Micrsoft authenticator app. I am not receiving any notification for this account. Also code generating from app is 8-digit code. and login screen is opting for 6-digit code. 

I am unable to remove card from this account and from [https://account.microsoft.com/](https://account.microsoft.com/).

Can anyone help me on this?
