How can I resolve clipchamp login issue?

Issue with logging in to Clipchamp app on desktop with work email or school email
Navigation: Open Clipchamp > Select 'Sign in with Microsoft' > pop up with accounts and select an account > pop up closes > error message "We couldn't sign you in. Please check your network connection and try again"
No issues with connection and retried several times.
Attempted on web app but does it recognise work email when signing in
This was never an issue until recent as before signing did not appear to be required

Norman B 0 Reputation points2025-08-09T13:47:04.1766667+00:00 Same problem here. I have to sign in everytime to use Clipchamp and even then it doesn't recognise my name. I wish they would abandon Windows 11 as it is very unreliable and also very slow.
