hi,
Just have a question. In Windows 11, I go to the storage sense to free up temporary files, but there it states: we couldn't free up anymore disk space. Even if I installed software or updates. It did manage to free up 1mb of temporary files. Is there a bug there?

Hello,
That message means there's nothing more to delete.
Or you can try to use cmd to cleanup disk space.
cleanmgr /sageset
cleanmgr /sagerun
Best Regards,
Hania Lian

Hello,
Save all your working files and shut down your computer. After restarting, manually delete the contents of the following folders.
C:\Users*YourUsernameHere*\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Windows\Prefetch
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
If you used the Disk Cleanup tool which recommendation, you can automate it as other commenters have suggested. I will share the relevant Microsoft Article below to do this.
