Can not add an email to Defender for dark web monitoring

I am trying to add a gmail account to dark web monitoring in the defender app. I keep getting the error message "Something went wrong. Wait a bit, then try again." Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I'm having the same issue for almost 2 weeks now. Doesn't matter if it's email, phone, passport it's anything. I have uninstalled, reset and unregistered my devices and still nothing.User's image
