The path './newtools.zip' either does not exist or is not a valid file system path.

Set-ToolsRepo under Microsoft.AVS.Management has no documentation. The error message seems to indicate that I need to rename my VMware tools zip file to newtools.zip. Even when I do that, the command has the same error. Are there complete instructions for creating the shared tools location?

Hello Stone, Thomas , check if this helps.
I am assuming you are downloading the zip for vmware tools newtools.zip package , then where are you uploading it to? I hope you are using the correct file path.
While specific documentation for Set-ToolsRepo is limited, the Microsoft.AVS.Management module is designed for administrator-level tasks in managing Azure VMware Solutions.

I found few reference documents you can checkout.
