Here are some steps you can try:
- Check for Windows Updates:
- Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates. If there are any updates available, install them.
- Update Microsoft Store:
- Open the Microsoft Store app.
- Go to Library > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.
- Reset the Microsoft Store Cache:
- Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type
wsreset.exe
and press OK. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache.
- Sign Out and Sign Back In:
- Open the Microsoft Store, click on your profile picture, and select Sign out.
- Sign back in with your Microsoft account.
