My Microsoft store won't allow me to download or upgrade apps and a pop up keeps appearing saying "error, something went wrong, we know what's wrong and are trying to fix it, please refresh or try again later"

    Hello,

Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Check for Windows Updates:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates. If there are any updates available, install them.
    2. Update Microsoft Store:
      • Open the Microsoft Store app.
      • Go to Library > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.
    3. Reset the Microsoft Store Cache:
      • Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
      • Type wsreset.exe and press OK. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache.
    4. Sign Out and Sign Back In:
      • Open the Microsoft Store, click on your profile picture, and select Sign out.
      • Sign back in with your Microsoft account.
