I accidentally used up my student subscription credit and I need to access the student subscription for class. I've been trying to find an email address or phone number to contact support because it's not allowing me to create a request ticket but no luck .
I just contacted them today. I wasn't sure if my school IT admin was able to help so that's why I didn't contact them sooner. Hopefully they can help, thank you.

have you spoke to your school IT admin? they might be able to help you if you have accidentally consumed and need one to attend class
