Cannot reboot redis cache

Question

Hi,

I am not able to reboot azure redis cache.

Also, I am not able to create a support ticket. It forces me to use Q&A here. Why?

Can you help me?

For our customers we have introduced a new experience where you get business hours access to Support Engineers on Microsoft Q&A for prioritized responses, as the first line of support. Additionally, if you have issues pertaining to Azure billing or subscription management, you can always create a support request through the Azure Portal.

Requesting a Cloud Shell.Succeeded.  
Connecting terminal...  

Your Cloud Shell session will be ephemeral so no files or system changes will persist beyond your current session. 
kamil [ ~ ]$ az redis show --name knftrading --resource-group KNFTrading --query "provisioningState" 

"Succeeded" 

kamil [ ~ ]$ az redis force-reboot --name knftrading --resource-group KNFTrading --reboot-type AllNodes
