Sometimes, Azure SQL databases undergo maintenance or updates that can cause temporary disruptions. Check the Azure Service Health dashboard to see if there are any ongoing issues.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. The reported issue has been resolved. Based on the details in the screenshot, there was an issue with Managed Identity between 18:39 and 20:55 UTC on February 26, 2025.

The Azure team identified the issue as being related to a key rotation in the Managed Identity infrastructure. They performed manual steps to repair the key in each region, which successfully resolved the problem.
