Office 2019 VLSC and new Dell AIO "Couldn't install"

I'm in the middle of installing 25 new AIO (all-in-one AND all the same) Dell computers. The first 12 I was able to configure and install Office 2019 (Volume License) running the XML commands (as Administrator).

However the last 2 (13 and 14) couldn't be installed. I am following the same 18 page set up manual. Which starts with updating the OS and then Dell. After a reboot and the removal of Office 365, followed by another reboot, I CMD the install of Office 2019. Now with the last 2 installations, after typing/copy paste the "setup /download configuration.xml" command I receive a popup from Microsoft stating "Couldn't install"

the popup error code 30183-2056 (400) when going on line has page not found.

I'm thinking that one of these updates (after 02/20/25) is to blame, as the last successful Office install happened prior to that data.

Microsoft has corrected the issue. Installation of Office 2019 was successfully completed.

This didn't become an issue until I was halfway thru configuring these 25 new computers. As I note I was using the same procedure that worked on prior installs.

However when I reached out to Microsoft about this problem I received an email back that Microsoft.

"I would like to inform you that we have tested and are experiencing the same issue. We are currently investigating it and will provide you with an update as soon as possible."

Hopefully this won't take as long to fix as the 24H2 scanner (TWAIN) issue did.

You've received a response from Microsoft, and I think the current issue has been filed, and there should be a patch to fix it in the future. However, the timing of the fix cannot be confirmed, which requires Microsoft to assess the severity of the issue and develop a remediation plan. Please pay attention to the patch update notes in the future, and keep updating the patch to verify whether the issue is fixed.

The issue had nothing to do with any patch. It seems that the on-line process to retrieve the data to complete the install, stopped midway. So only a portion was downloaded of what was needed, hench the error. As I mentioned on my original post - comment on 3/3/25, it was corrected and I was able to install Office 2019 without issue.
