My computer randomly crashed. Now I am recieveing the infinite Blue screen of death with error "bad system configuration info"

Question

My computer crashed randomly yesterday. I am recieving the blue screen of death with the error message "bad system configuration info". I downloaded windows 11 on a usb drive and attempted reinstalling windows 11 using this usb method. However I am getting this message constantly (refer to photo). when I remove the usb stick and click yes,my PC restarts and then since the usb drive is not there anymore I get the message to restart and select the right boot option. And when I click no it takes me back to the installation page and I do the same process again that leads me to this screeen. What do I do?
