I am getting the following error while connecting from Visual studio to Azure.
*** ERROR *** An error occurred while seeding the database. *** ERROR ***

As we understand that, connection issue in between Visual Studio and Azure.
Could you please elaborate more on your issue and specify which Azure SQL service you're using?
