Can't log into the Azure portal (portal.azure.com) due to MFA issue

I am unable to sign to the Internal Managed subscription due to MFA issue. Earlier my Cellphone due to Security Patch issue was incompatible to be continued to use, hence I switch to the latest Handset. Configured Authenticator App, added Azure Portal account, to setup MFA, but it says Device unregistered. Hence not allowing me to bypass the Authenticator way to login. Azure Portal is not giving me any other way to sign in, indirectly blocking my account.
