"File upload" option is only available when set Microsoft Forms “Only people in my organization can respond” or “Specific people in my organization can respond” is the selected setting. When we set, "Anyone can Respond" the option "Upload File" greyed out

Hello Team,

We want to create MS Form with file upload for so anyone with link for collect information from vendor. While we set "Upload File" in form setting "Anyone can respond" gets greyed out. Kindly assist us to resolve this issue.

    You can only upload files to forms intended for people within your organization.
