Calling plan

Question

I have a user who can purchase a call plan from Rio de Janeiro. Can't I purchase a call plan in Brazil?

Calling plans are not available to purchase in Brazil

Tol and Toll free numbers for services
What capitals or major cities can you get toll numbers for?	Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paul, oOther cities on request
Are toll numbers available?	Yes
Are toll-free numbers available?	Yes
